Premium Economy
Changes - You can change the date and time of your flight and the name of the passenger and you do not have to pay a change fee. All you have to do is contact the Guest Contact Centre (GCC) at any time up to 24 hours after your flight's scheduled departure time. If you booked your flight on our website, you can also change the date and time of your flight on our website up to 60 mins prior to your flight's scheduled departure time. Your new fare may be more expensive than the original fare. You must pay any fare difference when you change your booking. Any other changes to your flight (eg changes to routing) are not permitted and will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations - You can cancel your flight at no additional cost by contacting the GCC at any time up to 24 hours after your flight's scheduled departure time. If you booked your flight on our website you can also cancel your flight on our website up to 60 mins prior to your flight's scheduled departure time.
Refunds and credits - If you cancel your flight in accordance with these fare rules, you can elect one of two options, depending on how you paid for your flight. Note that the second option is not available for all forms of payment. Credit - Available for all forms of payment. Receive a credit for the amount you paid for your flight. The credit must be used within 12 months from the date you purchased your flight. If you elect to receive a credit, you cannot subsequently apply for a refund. To book a new flight using your credit, you must contact the GCC. Your new fare may be more expensive than the original fare. If you booked your flight using Velocity points, you can only obtain a credit. You cannot obtain a refund.

If you booked your flight on our website you can also cancel your flight on our website up to 60 mins prior to your flights scheduled departure time.

Blue Saver
Changes - You can change the date and time of your flight if you make the request at least 24hrs prior to your flight's scheduled departure time. Any other changes (such as name changes or changes to routing) are not permitted, and will be treated as a cancellation. You must contact the Virgin Blue Guest Contact Centre (GCC) - Domestic flights - a change fee of $55AUD (Aust domestic) or $55NZD (NZ domestic) per Guest plus any applicable fare difference, . International flights - a change fee of $55AUD/$55NZD/$55FJD/$110WST/$80TOP/$117PGK/$338SBD/$37USD. Fare Difference - Your new fare will be at least the price of the original fare and may be more. You must pay this fare difference when you change your booking. GCC fares are at least $15AUD/$15NZD more than internet fares.
Cancellations - You can cancel your flight if you make the request at least 24hrs prior to your flight's scheduled departure time. You can use the same methods as for making changes. See above.- For Cancellations you make through the GCC - a cancellation fee of $55AUD (Aust domestic) or $55NZD (NZ domestic) per Guest for domestic flights. International flights - a cancellation fee of $70AUD/$70NZD/$70FJD/$140WST/$$90TOP/$140PGK/$406SBD/$47USD.

Go Fare
Changes - You can change the date and time of your flight if you make the request at least 24hrs prior to your flight's scheduled departure time. Any other changes (such as name changes or changes to routing) are not permitted, and will be treated as a cancellation. You must contact the Virgin Blue Guest Contact Centre (GCC) - Domestic flights - a change fee of $55AUD (Aust domestic) or $55NZD (NZ domestic) per Guest plus any applicable fare difference, . International flights - a change fee of $55AUD/$55NZD/$55FJD/$110WST/$80TOP/$117PGK/$338SBD/$37USD. Fare Difference - Your new fare will be at least the price of the original fare and may be more. You must pay this fare difference when you change your booking. GCC fares are at least $15AUD/$15NZD more than internet fares.
Cancellations - This fare together with any payment of fees for the checked baggage allowance is non refundable and cancellations are not permitted - No show/Late Change - If you do not fly or do not change your flight at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, you will forfeit any fare paid, any fees paid for checked baggage and/or your Velocity Points (as applicable).
Other important fare rules - This fare is non-refundable, non-transferable and name changes are not permitted. This fare is only applicable origin to destination and no enroute stopovers are permitted.

JETSTAR

Jetsaver
• This fare is non-refundable. Customers who do not check-in for their booked flight at least 30 for Domestic flights and 60 minutes for International flights, prior to the scheduled departure, will forfeit the entire fare paid.
• Subject to availability and payment of all applicable amounts, changes can be made to your Booking as follows. Changes to the origin and destination of travel are not permitted.
• Your new fare will be at least the amount of the fare you originally purchased, and may be more. At the time your Booking is changed you must pay the difference (if any) between the fare you originally purchased and the fare available on the date of the change. This will apply to all date, time and name changes.
• Date, time and Passenger name changes may be made by telephoning Jetstar Telephone Reservations in Australia on 131 538 (+61-3-8341-4901) or in New Zealand on 0800 800 995, but must be completed at least 24 hours before the original scheduled departure. A $40* fee will apply for each change, for each passenger flight segment changed. An additional $10* will apply to your new fare booked over the telephone, unless your original fare was purchased through Jetstar Telephone Reservations. You must re-book onto an available Jetstar flight.
• Date, time and Passenger name changes may be made at any Jetstar counter at an airport but must be completed at least 24 hours before the original scheduled departure. A $40* fee will apply for each change, for each passenger flight segment changed at the airport.
• For International travel, all amounts must be paid in the currency in which you made your original Booking.

Jetflex
• This fare is non-refundable.
• Subject to availability and payment of all applicable amounts, changes can be made to your Booking as follows:
• Your new fare will be at least the amount of the fare you originally purchased, and may be more. At the time your Booking is changed you must pay the difference (if any) between the fare you originally purchased and the fare available on the date of the change.
• Date, time, origin, destination and Passenger name changes may be made by telephoning Jetstar Telephone Reservations in Australia 131 538 (+61-3-8341-4901), in New Zealand on 0800 800 995 or at any Jetstar counter at an airport but must be completed by the end of the day you were originally scheduled to depart. You must re-book onto an available Jetstar flight.
• Customers who do not complete changes to their Bookings within the time required will forfeit the entire fare paid.
