How Do I Book & Pay?
Booking is easy if you follow the steps on each page in the sequence they are presented to you.

To begin, please complete our home page with your required travel itinerary which includes destination, dates of travel and number of people. The next page will then provide you with a range of fares and flights to select, the next page will show the selected fare rules, then an overview summary of your itinerary and pricing - and from there you need to create a profile with your personal details including payment by credit card and that's it!

Payment is only accepted by credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners. Bankcard is not accepted.

Please note that we now accept payment via Pay Pal.

However, this option is currently only available when purchasing international flights or international flights that include travel insurance.

The Pay Pal option will not appear when your itinerary includes car hire, hotels, Jetstar, Pacific Blue, domestic flights or travel to or from New Zealand.

For flight bookings, your credit card will be debited within 7 days. Funds need to be available on your card at time of booking otherwise ticketing will not take place and you may need to rebook to a higher fare level.

For car rental, your card will be debited when you return your vehicle to the drop off point and for accommodation when you check out although in some cases a deposit may be required at time of booking.
